A homeowner is filing suit against her homebuilder and the local government, alleging that they acted in concert, apparently, to falsify the new home inspection reports…… My take?  Possible, but not likely.  I’ve never seen a deck built to code.  There’s usually a problem with identifying grounded conductors supplying the water heater and HVAC system.  [...]
